IS THE VENUE EXCLUSIVE?

Yes, we only hold one wedding per weekend. This enables all suppliers to arrive one site early in the week to set up and means the focus is entirely on your event.

CAN I USE MY OWN SUPPLIER?

We work with our recommended tent suppliers and caterers. Upon booking you will have access to our friends list; our trusted suppliers and favourite professionals. For your benefit, and our sanity, we ask that you use one of our caterers and tent suppliers, but can be flexible on request. If you do choose to go with a different caterer or tent supplier, we charge a 15% risk and handling fee. Other than that you are able to bring in your own suppliers, provided they have the appropriate credentials.

WHEN CAN I ACCESS THE SITE?

We allow access the day before your event between 1pm and 5pm, this can be extended for professional suppliers, for set up. You also have access from 10am to 12pm the day after your event for take down, again, this is extended for professional suppliers.

DO YOU OFFER ACCOMMODATION?

We do not offer accommodation inside the Manor House, but have an Airbnb cottage ‘The Gardener’s Cottage’ in the grounds of the estate. We can also arrange for beautiful bell tents to be hired for your wedding party, for a maximum of forty guests. We also have a list of hotels and Airbnbs in the local area that we can recommend.

WHAT MONTHS DO YOU ACCEPT BOOKINGS?

We accept bookings from March - October. If you are hoping to book your event outside of these months, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
